Reservations and orders can only be made in writing using the designated forms. You can find the necessary forms on the right, below the electronic service channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that maintenance requests and sauna reservations are made through OmaSATO, so the links related to maintenance and sauna bookings will take you directly to the OmaSATO service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-asiakaspalvelupiste\">Customer service point<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the customer service point, you can pick up and return apartment keys.
