Urgent maintenance hotline 24/7

Our emergency service is available around the clock for urgent situations where faults or damage may pose an immediate danger, cause harm, or result in significant inconvenience. During on-call hours, we only handle critical emergency tasks that cannot be postponed to a weekday.

Emergency services also include door openings, with the price determined by the time the service is performed. The standard rate is charged between 8 AM and 4 PM; outside these hours, a different rate applies. The current price list for door openings can be found on the notice board in your stairwell. The property maintenance technician will arrive as soon as they have completed their previous task.
