Service channels

For all matters, it’s recommended to use the My Lumo service, as it ensures the fastest processing of your request. You can find the link to My Lumo on the right.

Customer Service Point

At the customer service point, you can pick up and return apartment keys. When your parking space agreement begins, you can also collect any related keys and permits from the service point.

The service point is also open on the last day of each month and the first three days of the month from 8:00 to 18:00.
