Our customer service team is here to assist you with any matters related to your housing or property maintenance. Whether it’s maintenance requests, parking spaces, sauna bookings, or key issues, we are happy to help you with professionalism and a positive attitude.

If your matter is urgent, such as a water damage or another sudden fault, please contact our on-call maintenance service immediately.

Asiointi

You can easily manage sauna bookings, parking spaces, and extra key orders through us. Please note that all reservations and orders must be made in writing using the provided forms. You’ll find the necessary forms below.

At the customer service point, you can, for example, pick up keys you have ordered. When your parking space agreement begins, you can collect any keys and parking permits related to the parking space from the customer service point. Please confirm with customer service whether the keys should be picked up from the Espoo or Helsinki office.
