Service

Welcome to conveniently manage parking spaces and additional key orders through us. Reservations and orders can only be made in writing using the designated forms. You can find the necessary forms on the right, below the electronic service channels.

Please note that maintenance requests and sauna reservations are made through OmaSATO, so the links related to maintenance and sauna bookings will take you directly to the OmaSATO service.

Customer service point

At the customer service point, you can pick up and return apartment keys. When your parking space agreement begins, you can also collect any related keys and permits from the service point.

The service point is also open on the last and the first day of each month from 8:00 to 18:00.

You can find maintenance and repair responsibilities for various situations in the Responsibility Chart. If you notice any faults or deficiencies in your home that could damage the apartment or the building’s structure, please report them to the maintenance company without delay.
