Key orders and rekeyings

Before filling out the form, we recommend identifying the model of your key here. Knowing the key model helps us process your request faster. Ordering extra keys is subject to a fee, and the price depends on the key model. For more information about pricing, please contact our customer service.

Use this form to order keys if you are the apartment owner or a tenant of Sato or M2-Kodit. If you are renting from a private landlord, please contact your landlord and ask them to place the order, or alternatively provide a power of attorney to order the key yourself.

Residents of Espoon Asunnot cannot order keys through us. If you are a Lumo Homes resident, please order keys via MyLumo.

Please remember that an extra key never replaces a lost one. If a key has been lost, rekeying or reprogramming is always required.

Once you’ve successfully submitted the maintenance request form, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation and a thank-you email. If you don’t see the confirmation, please check your spam folder.
