Knowing the key model helps us process your request faster. Ordering extra keys is subject to a fee, and the price depends on the key model. If you are renting from a private landlord, please contact your landlord and ask them to place the order, or alternatively provide a power of attorney to order the key yourself. Residents of Espoon Asunnot cannot order keys through us. If you are a Lumo Homes resident, please order keys via MyLumo. Please remember that an extra key never replaces a lost one. If a key has been lost, rekeying or reprogramming is always required. Once you’ve successfully submitted the maintenance request form, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation and a thank-you email.
